UV absorbers are a class of substances that prevent degradation of polymers caused by sunlight or other man-made ultraviolet light, and are a type of light stabiliser. Because the sun's rays contain a large number of harmful ultraviolet light to coloured objects, its wavelength is about 290-460nm, these harmful ultraviolet light through the chemical redox effect, so that the colour molecules finally decomposed and faded, and the use of ultraviolet absorber on the protected objects can be implemented to effectively prevent or weaken the destruction of the colour.
