Main Application:
Light stabilizer UV-292 is a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer that has the function of capturing free radicals generated by UV light.It inhibits the loss of gloss,discoloration,cracking,and delamination of the coating,improving its durability.UV-292 is suitable for automotive coatings,industrial coatings,wood coatings,water-based coatings,polyester resins,polyurethane resins,phenolic resins,alkyd resins,vinyl resins,thermoplastic acrylic resins,thermosetting acrylic resins,and UV-curable acrylic resins.Dispersion in water-based systems can be achieved by dissolving in water-soluble solvents such as diethylene glycol diethyl ether.When used in combination with the UV absorber UV-1130,UV-292 significantly improves the weather resistance of the coating.
For clear coats and metallic coats,the recommended addition amount is 0.5%-1%for UV-292 and 1%-3%for UV-1130.
For single-layer color coats,UV-292 can be added separately at 1%-2%,or UV-1130 can be added at 1%-2%.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place with tight closure.
Package: Available in 25kg or 200kg drums,or according to customer requirements.
