Properties:
This product is a new type of composite photostabilizer of hindered amine light stabilizers(HALS)and hindered hydroxybenzoate esters.It protects plastics from UV radiation damage.Although it hardly absorbs UV light itself,it can effectively capture free radicals generated by UV radiation,thus achieving photostabilization.The mechanism of action of HALS and hindered hydroxybenzoate esters is different.The combination of the two can achieve a superimposed effect and exhibit good UV resistance.
● Excellent material surface stability(gloss,chalking,yellowing);
● Low color contamination,low volatility,almost no emission;
● Good compatibility with olefins,no blooming,no migration;
● Best synergistic effect with other stabilizers,especially high molecular weight HALS and UV absorbers.
Uses:
It is mainly used in polyolefins,especially suitable for automotive interior and exterior trim parts,such as polyethylene plastic films,flat yarns,injection molding and rotomolding,sheets,as well as polypropylene films,flat yarns,fibers,injection molding,etc.,as well as thermoplastic polyolefins(TPO),polyoxymethylene,polyamide,ASA,ABS,high-impact polystyrene(HIPS),styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer(SAN),polyurethane rubber(PUR)materials.The general dosage is 0.2-1.2%,and the recommended addition amount is 0.6%.
Storage: Avoid sunshine,damp,high temperature,sulfur or halogen-containing stabilizers,flame retardants or pesticides,etc.Test before use.
Package: 20 kg carton,lined with plastic bag or packed according to customer's specified requirements.
