Application:
UV-1 can effectively absorb ultraviolet light in the wavelength range of 280-350nm,almost completely absorbing UV radiation in the 300-330nm band,with a maximum absorption peak at 308nm.Polyurethane is particularly susceptible to degradation by radiation in the 300-330nm region,making UV-1 an effective inhibitor of photocatalytic degradation for polyurethane and other polymer materials.This enhances the color stability and extends the service life of the products.
UV-1 is a high-efficiency liquid UV absorber specifically designed for polyurethane(PU).The product effectively prevents yellowing and oxidation in two-component polyurethane coatings,polyurethane flexible foams,and polyurethane thermoplastic elastomers.It also exhibits excellent anti-yellowing properties in materials such as polyurethane tires,polyurethane thermoplastic elastomers,polyurethane films,polyurethane synthetic leather,polyurethane foams(sponges),polyurethane adhesives and coatings,and polyurethane shoe sole slurries.UV-1 demonstrates superior photostability performance in polyurethane products such as microcellular foams,integral skin foams,traditional rigid,semi-rigid,and flexible foams,fabric coatings,certain adhesives,sealants,and elastomers,as well as polymers like polyvinyl chloride and acrylic resins.Its UV resistance is 1.1-1.4 times that of benzophenone or benzotriazole-based stabilizers.The typical addition amount in polyurethane materials is 0.2-1.0%,and in sealants,it is 0.5-1.0%.
