Performance:
This product is a new composite light stabilizer of hindered amine and hindered hydroxyl benzoate.It protects plastics from UV radiation damage.Although it hardly absorbs UV light itself,it can effectively capture free radicals generated by UV radiation,thus achieving photostabilization.The mechanism of HALS and hindered hydroxyl benzoate is different,and the combination of the two can achieve superimposed effects and exhibit good UV resistance.
● 1.Excellent material surface stability(gloss,chalking,yellowing);
● 2.Low staining,low volatility,almost no emission;
● 3.Good compatibility with olefins,no blooming,no migration;
● 4.Best synergistic effect with other stabilizers,especially high molecular weight HALS and UV absorbers.
Applications:
Mainly used for polyolefins,especially suitable for automotive interior and exterior trim parts,such as polyethylene plastic films,flat yarns,injection molding and rotomolding,sheets,etc.,as well as polypropylene films,flat yarns,fibers,injection molding,etc.,as well as thermoplastic polyolefins(TPO),polyoxymethylene,polyamide,ASA,ABS,high-impact polystyrene(HIPS),styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer(SAN),polyurethane rubber(PUR)materials.The general dosage is 0.2-1.2%,and the recommended addition amount is 0.6%.
Storage: Avoid sunlight,moisture,high temperature,avoid stabilizers,flame retardants or pesticides containing sulfur or halogen elements,and testing is required before use.
Package: 20 kg carton,lined with plastic bags or packaged according to customer specifications.
