Main Application:
HQEE is a novel non-toxic and symmetrical solid aromatic diol chain extender to replace MOCA.Need to be pre-melted before use.It has good compatibility with MDI prepolymer,especially when used in MDI series PU products.Compared with MOCA,it can effectively prolong the life in the reactor and facilitate operation.Compared with aliphatic diol chain extender,it can obviously improve the tensile strength,tear strength,heat resistance,compression deformation,hardness and resilience of products.It can improve the storage stability of MPU compound and prevent burning.The performance of PUR is improved and adjusted.MDI/HQEE is often used in areas where physical properties of products are highly required.Such as:oil well seals,forklift tires,hydraulic cylinder seals,conveyor belts and temperature resistant polyurethane and other PU products,to improve the performance of high rebound microporous foam products is very helpful.
